The groups
Maraton is the main track. Facklan is the same programme and the same capital, with extra support built in for obstacles that cost time without having anything to do with the company. You tick the group that comes closest, and the choice does not affect the assessment.
Founders with a disability, women and newly arrived founders who want to establish themselves in Sweden are especially welcome, and the support is built for them. Facklan is open for anyone to apply to.
The capital, the coaching, the mentoring, the workshops and the leadership training are identical. What differs is what sits around them.
Group one
The main track. For you who have what you need around the company and want to put all your time into building.
Group two
The same programme and the same capital, with support built in for what would otherwise eat your time. You state in the application which support you need.

Two rows look identical and are: the capital and the length. That is the whole point of calling them two groups and not two levels.
A programme that says everyone is welcome, and is then built for one of them, has said one thing and done another.
A session is worth something only once you get into the room, hear what is said and can keep up with the pace. A document is worth something only once you can read it without spending the evening translating it. A network is worth something only once somebody answers.
Those obstacles are real, they cost time, and they have nothing to do with how good the company is. Facklan exists to take that time instead of letting you take it.
We name the obstacles and build the support for them. Nobody is sorted out and nobody gets in on anything other than what they build.

No. Facklan is open for anyone to apply to, and you do not have to belong to any group to tick it.
The support exists for obstacles that are real, and the people who meet them most often are a founder with a disability, a woman, or somebody who recently came to Sweden. That is why they are especially welcome, and why the support is built for them.
